highrise : client 2 : final renderings

[front entryway]
banded metal beams serve as an archway, as well as boundaries as they increase in length and height the farther you venture into the space. her collection of 20 pictures are displayed on both sides of the hallway between the bands.

[kitchen]
hard materials like concrete are mixed with delicate tile add variety and contrast. hanging storage also serves as a light feature emitting beams of light to draw the viewers eye onward and in motion

[dining area]
art deco style shines through in the table design and chair selection. large display cases hold her antique movie camera along with other collectables. mirrored facades add to the tactile experience. interior window cutouts give glimpses of the neighboring spaces.

[office]
the radio inspired desk is the centerpiece of the design, and very art deco influenced. pattern wall coverings add a touch of femininity and interest to the space.

storage unit holds all of her paperwork to have a streamline space with little clutter.
