612 Rockford road is the second in the commencement homes built by Edward Loewenstein in 1959. The home was first owned by the Kenneth Hinsdale family. The house is one story and is divided into public and private sections. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the private section, and a living and dining areas in the public. There has only been one other owner in the home so much of the original structure is still present.
